Here is the menu from beer dinner #3. The 5 hour Christmas beer dinner marathon. We started with a Belgian truffle to welcome you.
Course #1: Goose Island Fleur with Belgian fennel and endive salad with wittie dressing and prosciutto.
Course #2: Ommegang Saison Farmhouse Ale with Gentse Waterzooi soup.
Course #3: Maredsous Dubbel 8 with Baked Salmon on Penne.
Course #4: Brooklyn Brewmasters Reserve Grand Cru with Moules Et Belgian Frites.
Course #5: Dogfish Head Palo Santo Marron with Rafael's Palo Santo Glazed Steak Fajitas.
Course #6: St. Feuillien Brune with French Brie from France with baguette.
Course #7: New Albanian Naughty Claus with a sublime dessert consisted of a rich Belgian decadent chocolate brownie accompanied with a four berried topping over vanilla ice cream. Since Christmas was five hours closer than at the start of this extravaganza, I decided to serve a night cap from Roger at the New Albanian.
