Checks presented to Sergio’s World Beers that do not clear the person’s bank are turned over to the County Attorney for collection. All returned checks are subject to the following fees:

• $25.00 Fee for Sergio's World Beers
• $25.00 Fee for County Attorney

Also, after a check is returned for any reason, future payments to Sergio’s World Beers must be made with cash.
