Information: Rafael is currently the Food Manager at our Louisville Location. Rafael transferred from the old Shelbyville Location in July 2009. He is also fluent in the Spanish language.

Rafael's responsibilities include:
*Ordering food from partners and suppliers
*Stocking food in the appropriate areas at appropriate temperatures
*Maintaining seasonal menu items
*Maintaining dessert selection
*Creation as well as updating the food menu
